The service of the girl at the counter was very poor. It was clear that the reservation was for two people, but when checking in, the system showed that only one person could stay. After that, I had to pay 20 euros to be able to stay for two people. I immediately requested a trip. According to com, trip.com is responsible for the 20 Euro system. Good budget hotel, not close to the center but you can easily get there by public transport in 15 minutes. Very friendly receptionists, they speak very good English. The area is very quiet and peaceful at any time. The cleaning should be improved a bit.

No one at the reception upon arrival. I pressed the bell a few times and after 10 minutes a blonde lady came. Maybe because we pressed the bell, but this lady was anything but nice. The room was okay and so was the small bathroom. The breakfast was ok but with the minimum choice. We were there from September 25 to 30. Temperatures rose to 29°C in Bucharest. The room was sweltering despite the curtains being closed. No air conditioning. The room had no smoke detector, nor did we see any smoke detectors in the hotel.
