The location is great, the sights are all within walking distance. The opera is just around the corner. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the parliament. We had a 72-hour public transport card, which we didn't actually need. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, no one responded to emails. Who knows if this somewhat cryptic email address is actually correct.
Contrary to the information on Trip.com, the hotel does NOT have a sauna. This is correctly stated on the hotel's website. The breakfast was excellent.

There is almost no extra space besides the bed, and the luggage of two people has to be placed in the corridor at the entrance. This is the most surprising and disappointing place. But it is said that the hotel was renovated last year, and the quality of the room facilities is not bad.
