A very speechless stay experience. Because it is self-occupied, there is no front desk throughout the stay. It said check-in was at 3pm, but by 3:30, no check-in information was sent to us via email. We stood at the key collection area and waited for an extra hour in vain. As soon as the email was sent, I went to enter the password to collect it (so the key was already inside, why couldn't you have sent me the password earlier, or even on time, to collect the key and check in? Let me stand outside and wait on such a hot day?) In addition, Wi-Fi only supports some very basic apps (ig and other popular apps cannot be used😅)

This is the worst accommodation. First of all, check-in is done through self-check-in, but there was no prior notice about this, and when I went to the accommodation on the day, there was nothing prepared for check-in. When I contacted the accommodation, they said that if I gave them my email address, they would send me a check-in form, but the staff at the accommodation were so poor in English that it took a long time for them to understand the spelling of my email. The staff was even very rude and unpleasant, to the point that I couldn't believe they were people working in the service industry. We were finally able to enter the room an hour and a half after we arrived at the accommodation, and the entire room smelled moldy because the ventilation wasn't good, and the towels provided had yellow stains, which was unpleasant. Since we had prepared our own towels, we didn't complain to the accommodation about this. However, after self-check-out, they claimed that we damaged the towels and took money from the credit card we registered at check-in without prior consent. As I mentioned earlier, we used our own towels, and since we hardly used the towels from this accommodation, it is ridiculous to say that the towels were damaged because of us. I complained to the accommodation about this, but they consistently did not respond to my emails, which is the worst attitude. I think this attitude from the accommodation is nothing more than a clever tactic to extort money from guests. I had many pleasant and good experiences during my trip to Budapest, but I feel very bad because my stay at Vagabond ruined my memories of Budapest. After reading other users' reviews, I saw that many travelers, including myself, suffered from this kind of damage, and I think that this worst accommodation needs to be managed by the city of Budapest itself. If anyone around me is planning to stay at this accommodation, I will actively discourage them as much as I can. The location is convenient. It is in the middle of the city and is very convenient to the airport or major attractions. The room is clean and has all the basic necessities. There is also a washing machine.
