设施：房間很大還有陽台，家電設備齊全。但是！電視機開了也沒有電視看。熱水器噪音很大。
环境：地點非常好！這是無庸置疑的。其實就是一小區，晚上10點關門，客人要申請門禁密碼。ABCD四棟樓，弱弱地問一句，這是不是攜程在海外的物業？
卫生：一般
服务：很差！我到達的時候都不知道這是小區！接電話的其實是小區管理員，他一直叫我往洗衣店走，我心想你不能出來一下啊？如果我行李多而大的話就累死了，初來乍到的。後來見到對方，我知道他真的不能離開，四棟大樓的事都歸他管。就一個人！你談什麼服務呢？然後告訴我攜程沒gei他們提供我的信息，所以還重新填寫所有信息。你們還提什麼服務呢！最討厭的是，入住時間下午15:00，退房時間必須上午十時！還沒有行李寄存！！！說實在的，此價格也並不便宜，跟我前兩天在Booking訂的相差100多人民幣。以後寧願住酒店都不訂這種公寓。它跟私人管理的公寓還不同，私人更人性化點。我不是批評某個人，是他們整套管理系統有問題，根本就沒有服務的概念！你要人自助也行，但別收那麼貴，性價比很差。

Overall, the unit was clean, with functional appliances. However, we couldn’t use the wifi for the first day due to technical issues and the tv throughout our stay.

The location is nice and close by everything in the city center, but definitely need renovation
Pillows are stone hard and the same mattress is, it was hard to sleep there for two nights
