公寓挺大，設施齊全。位置不錯，附近有超市，晚上安靜。房間內燈光較暗，但窗簾有些透光。有洗衣機。停車場比較窄，大車進不去。路邊有停車位，夜裡和週末免費，其它時段按小時計費。自主入住和退房，比較靈活。
