The hotel environment is nice, but the facilities are quite basic. What made me really angry was that I left my pajamas on the bed, and when I came back at night, although the bed had been made, my pajamas were thrown on the floor! They could have easily been placed on the nearby chair, but instead, they were tossed on the ground! Even if they had accidentally fallen, the staff could have at least picked them up. But they didn’t even bother! It completely ruined my mood. I’m so upset!

Nice hotel, good location, but lacking basic room supplies. They charge for kettles. Staff was very helpful though.

Since it was a course by train, I was very tired from the long commute, so I looked for a place that was as close as possible, and I am very satisfied with the location. It was great that I could go to the Fisherman's Fortress nearby, and it was good that there were many outlets, but it was a pity that there was no mini-fridge. The air conditioner was easy to operate, so it was convenient. The bedding and bathroom were clean, so it was nice. Since the carpet was unavoidable, I wore slippers, so it was okay for me. The check-in staff was also quick and very kind, so I was grateful. The lobby seemed to be decorated very nicely.
