My stay at Carlton Hotel Buda Castle was far from satisfactory. The service was unprofessional and indifferent—staff seemed uninterested in addressing concerns, and requests for assistance were ignored or met with delays.
Worse, the air conditioning in my room did not work properly, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. Despite reporting the issue, no effective solution was provided.
For the price paid, I expected much better. The lack of maintenance and poor customer service made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.

整體滿意離漁人堡也近多瑙河走走就到了早餐也不錯就是裏別人客房的陽台房比較近人家聊天到12點半我也沒法説什麼

房間乾淨衛生，早餐不過不失，位置在這個價位來說也算好的了，可以步行至大部分景點，但我的房間即使開了空調還是很熱，熱到晚上不能蓋被子睡覺，早上起床收拾行李也熱到流汗，體感感覺室外比室內還要涼爽。

專門選了帶陽台的房間，想着可以看到外景，結果衹能看到他們自己的院子，不值得多花一百多塊錢，整體服務都很好，每個人都很有善，前台有個小姐姐超漂亮，説話也很温柔，總之體驗感不錯，如果沒什麼特殊要求，選個普通房間就可以
