The hotel has decent facilities, but the cleaning and customer service are terrible. One day, they didn't clean our room, and when we arrived and complained, they didn't offer a solution. They told me you have to leave a sign so they can clean your room—surreal! And on the other hand, housekeeping doesn't leave a sign so you can't put it up, so they can save themselves from having to clean rooms—shameful!

You need to take a bus from the airport to city central. You have to transfer to the subway for two more stops to reach the hotel. In particular, some MRT stations do not have elevators. You have to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs by yourself. Very inconvenient.
