Une parodie d’appartement de luxe … Appartement qui semble très beaux sur les photos uniquement, et lorsqu’on s’y trouve on comprend que l’on a payé (cher) pour rien. Installations vétustes, courant qui fonctionne mal, pas de wifi, ni télé, saletés apparentes dès l’arrivée. Pas de service de chambre, pas de changement de serviettes, les poubelles n’ont même pas été vidé pendant notre séjour de 5 jours. C’était clairement une escroquerie dissimulée par de belles images sur leur site, et des commentaires élogieux douteux …

Extrêmement déçu, les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité, c’est une belle arnaque, à fuir vous trouverez à Budapest 1000 fois mieux et pour moins cher, l’appartement n’est beau qu’en photo la réalité c’est un wifi qui fonctionne 1 fois de temps en temps, des prises électriques non fonctionnelles et des travaux cache misère.

Upon arrival the building looked awfull. It was old and dark with almost no light. The room itself was Dirty and there was black mold on the walls, the ceiling as well as in the bathtub. There was no remote control for the television. Light switches did not work, the bathtub had a crack in it. The stairs were not secure and while walking on the stairs you could feel the stairs move. I would never recommend this apartment, especially not for the price you will pay. The only good thing about this apartment is the location, although i'd suggest you pick any other hotel located in the inner city. We could get a refund and cancellation, but we were asked not to leave a bad review on ***********

Abbiamo alloggiato in una Suite fantastica ( SilverSuite) con Jacuzzi; appartamento curato nei dettagli, pulito e sopratutto situato in una zona centralissima dove è possibile raggiungere le attrazioni della città anche a piedi; per finire devo dire che Enzo è stato disponibile in tutto e per tutto....Conplimenti

Perfect, indrukwekkend en zeer goede service!!! Wij wilde een luxe overnachting met jacuzzi en zijn verrast door de kwaliteit, locatie van het appartement en de service van Marti! Op de dag van inchecken, ongeveer 2 uur voor we op de stoep zouden staan kregen wij een apje van Marti de bedrijfsleider: de jacuzzi van ons gekozen appartement was kapot na de laaste gebruiker..... Dan zakt de moed je wel een beetje in de schoenen.... Gelukkig was Marti meteen instaat om ons een ander appartement aan te bieden, ook met jacuzzi, op een betere locatie en hogere prijsklasse. Stuurde netjes een video mee zodat we wisten waar we ja of nee op zouden zeggen en het zag er perfect uit dus de upgrade, geregeld in 15 minuten, met enthousiasme geaccepteerd.😁 Door vertraging aan onze kant en een spoed meeting aan Marti zijn kant, alles via whatsapp geregeld wbt toegang tot appartement complex en appartement. Duidelijke instructies en het was in real life nog mooier dan op de video. Schoon, chique en perfecte locatie. 👍🏻😍 Kunnen niet anders zeggen dan bedankt Marti en we komen zeker nog een keer terug. (Nu maar duimen dat iemand de jacuzzi weer sloopt zodat we weer voor half geld op de eerste rang zitten😜)

Einzigartige Einrichtung , luxuriös, top Lage, extrem sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, komplett ausgestattet. Liegt absolut im Zentrum und alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Beim nächsten mal in Budapest auf alle Fälle wieder dort hin hin…TOP.
