We stayed for several nights at the Zoya and had a good overall experience. The apartments were clean, and they had good views at the streets below. The city views from the 6th floor penthouse were particularly spectacular. Some of the negatives: the general area surrounding the hotel was a bit sketchy, at least by USA standards. We observed one man relieving himself on the sidewalk about a block from the hotel, and there was an unbelievable stench on one street corner a block away as well. As far as the hotel itself, there were no tissues in the units, and the washing machines were a bit difficult to use. The nearest metro station was about a quarter mile away - an easy walk. We would certainly consider returning to the Zoya. Although our rooms were not refreshed during our stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful experience at Zoya Luxury Residence. We were a group of 7 people who stayed there for an extended weekend in august 2024. We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was spacious and luxurious. The staff was very sweet and friendly, making our stay even more pleasant. The apartment had 3 good-sized bedrooms with high ceilings and a total of 4 bathrooms, which was very convenient for our group. One of the highlights of the apartment was the large and lovely terrace where we enjoyed spending time together. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we definitely plan on coming back again.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits au ZOYA dans un appartement 2 chambres très agréable. Après de longues hésitations, j’ai opté pour le ZOYA avec les petits déjeuners au KOZMO, l’hôtel 5 étoiles voisin et nous avons apprécié ce choix car il allie l’espace d’un appartement avec de très larges hauteurs sous plafond, une vue magnifique sur la place de l’église, une cuisine très bien équipée et deux chambre, deux salles de bains avec le luxe de l’hôtel voisin où nous avons pris les meilleurs PDJ de notre vie ! Œufs benedict best ever 🤩 thanks ! La situation est aussi très appréciable même si ça n’est pas centrale. Nous avons principalement utilisé des Uber ou Bolt pour rejoindre l’hôtel et avons privilégié la marche pour rejoindre le centre (rapide 10/15 min) Il faut peut être quand même noter un point négatif : les personnes à l’accueil du ZOYA ou même du KOZMO ne sont pas toujours très habiles et efficaces et leur communication pas fiable. Toutefois Une personne au ZOYA nous a particulièrement bien aidé ! Je la remercie chaleureusement pour son écoute (merci pour les places réservées aux thermes 😉 elle se reconnaîtra) Enfin la salle de sport du KOZMO n’est pas facilement accessible et n’est pas fournie en serviettes, de même la piscine du spa n’ouvre qu’à midi … dommage

I would like to be able to write about what a wonderful experience we had at Zoya Luxury Residence, but unfortunately I am not able to do so. We had planned to stay there in mid-June, but my mother suddenly took ill and we had to return home early. I contacted the venue immediately upon learning of this, with 5 days notice and less than 12 hours after their cancellation policy deadline. While they offered their sympathies, they would not budge on their "strict policy." I understand the need for these policies, but I also believe that they should be a little flexible under extreme circumstances. I am sure this is a lovely property, but I will never be staying there because they are heartless.

No TV programs on the TV, no cable TV, no satellite TV. Only Apps to be installed with a password. Never worked, WiFi poor quality. Apartment was OK, nice big terrace. No free bottle of water even as amenity. All the team speaks Russian and English, good attention. To connect with the reception desk one has to go downstairs, no communication means from the room. The area where the hotel is, is a bit fishy nighttime, not the best choice to stay in Budapest.

This luxurious residence is truly exceptional. Located in the quiet area of Budapest it exudes with royalty-worth atmosphere. We stayed at a pretty affordable two-bedroom suite and were very impressed with high ceilings, roominess of tastefully furnished bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Beds were super comfy. Modern meets classic in every sense of the word. The Staff is super friendly and equipped with all brochures of 'what to do in Budapest'. Our only regret is we couldn't stay little longer. Highly recommend this gem if you want to be in a quiet area but still want to be a part of happenings in the busy parts of the city. We will definitely return.
