Provide iron and iron board every level,bad lighting in room, no mirror at dressing table, provide more shower cream and more tissue

Nice places. It would be wonderful if public areas like restaurants and swimming pools could remain smoke-free for everyone's comfort, while also providing designated smoking rooms for those who need them.

The hotel is old but is ok, just that the air-conditioning wasn't maintained and I almost sweat in the room. The room assigned was facing main street so I kept hearing the rumbling motorcycle sounds and could get into sleep till midnight. The only thing I enjoyed is soup djuanda beside the hotel

The pool area is very nice and the lobby design very tasteful. Breakfast was delicious. Little food stalls are in walking distance.

overall this hotel is good and have a good swiming pool, the only thing I complain a bit is the traffic in front of it, it's a big challenge to across the road if you merely want to visit McDonald store.

The service at the receptionist is friendly, especially when checking out, the sister is very friendly ☺️ the room is overall clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also available because I stayed on a weekday at 9 am. It's also delicious. The Padi cafe is also comfortable for a place to chat while having tea/coffee at night accompanied by the sound of the children's pool splashing water next to it. Highly recommended, I will come back again next time.

The room location is in the back building, the condition of the room phone is broken, so it's a bit difficult to contact the receptionist at the front, but the service is one set, when they said the room phone was broken, the technician immediately came to the room to fix it, even though the room phone still couldn't be fixed.
