Very clean and well equipped, the breakfast is also very good. Pros: The location is excellent. Situated between the old town and the modern shopping district. There is a supermarket right opposite and De Brouckere metro station entrance right beside it. The room meant for 4 adults is spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Apartment is very clean. Cons: We stayed in early June where the weather was cooling so the Aircon was not functioning which is acceptable BUT we had to leave the windows open and the road downstairs was extremely noisy and eventful throughout the night. The kitchen was well equipped but it would be good to provide bigger bowls.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, inside a shopping complex, making it very easy to get around. There is also a designated Uber pick-up and drop-off point, which is very convenient. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. As a pleasant surprise, I met a Thai staff member working at the reception desk, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. One highlight was the bathroom amenities from Rituals, which were of excellent quality and added a luxurious touch to the stay. The breakfast, however, could be improved. The selection was somewhat limited, and the dining area felt a bit too small, especially during busy hours. Overall, I had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, service, and comfortab

My stay at the IBIS was great! I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling alone, with one friend or significant other. The room and bathroom are very small. So keep that in mind with luggage and whatnot. The overall location was great! I could walk to pretty much all the places I wanted to visit. The train, and buses were near by as well. Very easy to commit to and from. This cafe was right around the corner and it was delicious, go to wide awake coffee!

Had a lovely one-night stay at Craves! The location in Brussels is perfect for exploring. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. I really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel and the staff were welcoming. A great choice for a short city break!

Good stay. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the middle of everything. My room and bed were clean and cozy, and the bathroom felt new. No complaints at all. Great value for money. My original hotel booking went wrong. I ended up booking this one in the last minute and it turned out great. You can use the app to open the door from your phone, which was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.
