The hotel is clean, services as expected of ibis standards. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Metro and busses available easily right outside the hotel.

Free tea and water. Hot water is possible. Wifi is good. Fridge and a microwave oven. Wide room. But A little far from the palace, but not a big problem. Satisfied.

Check-in was a breeze. Warm and friendly welcome. Loved the breakfast spread, not that wide but have just the right variety. Got to appreciate the location. Right next to a tram stop and has groceries and convenient store nearby.

The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the room is also air-conditioned. Unfortunately, the twin room only has two single beds put together, so there is less space. You need to ask for supplies at the counter. The staff informed you that slippers were not provided. The hotel is also some distance away from the Grand Place or the train station in Brussels, but there are also buses outside the hotel that can go directly to the central train station, which is quite convenient.
