The room is not big, but very clean! The hotel environment and breakfast are very good, and it is a five-minute walk from the cathedral!
However, we drove according to the address given by the hotel and the navigation did not lead us to the hotel lobby. The room and the hotel lobby are separated by a road! We called a waiter, and her attitude was extremely bad! We could see the hotel lobby by backing up the car, but she insisted that we drive to the underground parking lot. We asked if we could put down our luggage, but she said no! As a result, we found that we had to climb two floors to get to the lobby when we arrived at the underground parking lot. We were so sad with the elderly and several large luggage! So I give a bad review for the hotel service!

Great place , the service was awesome. Good breakfast. Just 2 streets from the center . I really enjoy the time there. Beautiful hotel .

They didn't allow us to upgrade the room or provide an extra bed for our kids who co-sleep with us. Instead, they forced us to booked another room which was really expensive that time. It was a waste because no one slept in that room. Carpet was smelly and towels are too thin.
