As the name suggests, you can not be more central, it is right on the main square.
A bonus being in room 11 as it looked out onto the square and opposite Belfry tower.
I was worried about noise but Bruges quietens down in late evening, may be I was lucky but it was an August Friday and Saturday.
Breakfast included and was good, I also ate at the restaurant. Great food but remember you are paying for prime location. 65 euros including tip for a pizza, water and carafe of red wine.
The staff were happy for me to take a drinks to my room with a couple of non guest friends to soak up the square view. 50 Euros for 3 spirit/mixers, so you may want to visit supermarket round the corner.
I was solo and thought £150 a night was about right for the view but with two single beds, two guests at £75 each including breakfast would have been a bargain!
I had to pay 8 Euros city tax fee on check out, assume a standard thing.
Only negatives are it is a fairly basic room but it is practical. It is hot but they do provide a fan and it had a smelly toilet but that sums up Bruges sewage system!
I would stay again and give it 10/10 for location and 7/10 as a hotel.
