Hotel ideally located near the Grand Place and the historic district. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room is a bit small for a 4-star hotel, but the services available are present (Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, wifi, etc.). The breakfast was a treat, I recommend it! There are two paid car parks nearby.

Wir waren auf Städtereise zwei Nächte im Le Bois De Bruges (oder Parkhotel, wie es auch genannt wird). Das Hotel wurde frisch renoviert und schön gestaltet. Neben dem tollen Lichtkonzept im Zimmer und der bequemen Matratze, fanden wir auch die Lage optimal. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in gemütlicher Gehdistanz, auch wenn das Hotel nicht direkt in der Altstadt liegt. Dafür kann man das Auto direkt gegenüber in einem verhältnismässig günstigen, öffentlichen Parkhaus abstellen. Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen.

Muito bom hotel. Bem localizado (em frente a uma praça com restaurantes, aluguel de bike, mercados e lojas variadas), arejado, limpo e com estrutura adequada. Estávamos em três pessoas e o espaço do quarto, por ter uma área separada para nosso filho, nos atendeu perfeitamente. O café da manhã também foi bem agradável. Voltaríamos com certeza!

Heel vriendelijk, kamers heel proper, koffie en water op de kamer,vlak aan parking t'zand, heel lekker ontbijt. Er werd een welkomstdrankje aangeboden bij het inschrijven aan de receptie. Er waren ook 2 pasjes per kamer voorzien. Komen zeker nog is terug.

Lage gut. Parkhaus gegenüber. Empfang freundlich. Negativ bzw. kein guter Stil: 2 Tage vor Anreise wurde der Gesamtbetrag bei VISA abgebucht. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend, aber nicht umwerfend. Das Badezimmer war klein, wenig Ablagemöglichkeit Die Dusche offen, so dass das Zimmer unter Wasser stand. Der Zimmerservice war lahm. Nach einem Stadtbummel und Mittagessen wäre ausruhen angesagt. Das Zimmer war nicht hergerichtet - so gegen 15:00 Uhr wurde dies erledigt.

It is genuinely walking distance to the city centre. The bus hub is 150 m away and they run frequently to the rail station. It claims 4 star but it’s probably a short of that in reality. Its a bit budget for 4 star. I found the staff good. Breakfast is ok, not great but perfectly adequate. The room was clean with a good ensuite bathroom. There is a little fridge, kettle and coffee maker. There are two small lifts. no one is going to be nicking their towels, small ish and worn but again clean and did the job My balcony housed all the air con ducts and looked out over the main fire escape. (surprised but not upset) What was not good: well it has aircon and one night it reached 27C, apparently it can be changed remotely. There is no way you can change it yourself so the night guy came up at 0100 to address it, then at 0730 sharp the angle grinders started as they are doing a big refurb. Several others have experienced issues with the refurb, particularly electrical related. No doubt they will be sorted in time. The lights are weird, some didnt work at all. Odder still The electric towel rail in the bathroom had a programmer 150mm above the floor. In hotels you are better keeping electrical items simple and intuitive, no doubt this lesson will be learnt in time. Overall if you can get a decent price stay here but accept some grief caused by the refurb
