A very cozy hotel with very thoughtful and careful service. Coffee is delivered directly to the room. The surrounding environment is also dreamy and beautiful. The whole Bruges fairy tale world is like the hotel, which adds a fairy tale color.

Excellent location and staff. The hotel may be small, but it offers top-tier service with a personal touch. The artwork throughout adds a charming and stylish vibe. Breakfast is a highlight, enjoy delicious, high-quality food with a lovely view. The freshly made eggs and waffles are a must-try. Room service includes complimentary black coffee and tea, Nespresso and Twinings. Bed is VISPRING, which TOP TOP TOP! A perfect stay for those who appreciate attention to detail and warm hospitality.

I really enjoyed staying at the Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce Hotel. It is located right in the city center next to the famous canal. From the beautiful breakfast room we could even watch the boats pass by. Despite its great location the rooms are very calm (we had some great sleep here during our stay). Additionally the rooms have been furnished and decorated with great attention to detail, making it a truly enjoyable experience. When we come back to Bruges, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Had a very pleasant stay here in the summer, the room was super comfortable (with air conditioning!), beautifully decorated place and delicious breakfast. The location in Bruges is also ideal with a lovely canal view, would totally recommend for anyone visiting!

Perfect location, excellent property with a great breakfast offering. What makes this hotel a must visit is the staff. They go out of their way to see to your every need. The owner should be proud of this hotel property and the staff as they made our stay the highlight of our trip to Europe this summer!!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff febrina were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to city center. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

You simply cannot beat the location of this hotel—it's the famous postcard view of Bruges! Stepping inside feels like entering a fairytale, with beautiful antique decor and a cozy, historic atmosphere. The service was exceptional, and our room was both charming and comfortable. It's the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a special occasion. A truly magical and unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
