This hotel is just beautiful and tucked away in such a lovely little corner. The attention to detail is just amazing. The breakfast was incredible, the rooms so tastefully designed and the staff couldn't be friendlier without being in your face. It felt like a five star luxury hotel at a 1/4 of the price. The people that run this place really know what they are doing. Thank you for such a lovely couple of nights. Will be back!

Lovely boutique hotel on the canal with friendly, helpful staff. Great walking tour of Brugge by Babette the manager. Excellent restaurant and cocktail bar recommendations. Great location a few yards from the market square and easy access to boat tours.

Fantastic hotel in Brugge. It is in an older building repurposed as a hotel and beautifully decorated and situated. One side is on the canal and the other on a quiet side street. I stayed in the hotel annex across from the main hotel in a very spacious, extremely clean and comfortable room that was completely quiet. It looked out onto a private hotel garden with a view of the belfry tower. The bathroom was huge with modern fixtures and spacious shower and tub. Breakfast is served in the main hotel in a room overlooking the canal; the food was plentiful and excellent. An outstanding feature of the hotel was the staff, who were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the perfect location over looking the canal right where the tour boats leave from. They have a lovely quiet veranda where you can eat or drink while watching the wonderful views. What made it extra special was our room which was very comfortable and came with its own reserved table on the veranda which we used a lot of the time.

This was the best host hotel that we stayed at during our trip around France, Belgium, and Amsterdam. The customer service and sweet details like arrival and departure goodies were just as impressive as the interior and location! Bruges was the highlight of our trip and this hotel added to that!

A beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location. Fabulous decor and ambience with great attention to detail. Extremely helpful snd attentive staff . Beautiful bedroom and very unique and quaint. A nice enough buffet breakfast but not the largest choice snd a little expensive with a bowl of oatmeal being €6 extra. Hotel manager offers a very informative free guided walking tour and is a lovely, friendly person. A voucher for a welcome drink a the bar and a little box of Belgian chocolate is a personal touch . Hotel stay was fabulous and would highly recommend how we there are just 3 areas of opportunity for improvement - provide much bigger bath towels that are big enough to wrap around a body - disable automatic light in bathroom so the bathroom can be used in the night without flooding the room with light - improve WiFi as it was constantly dropping out

Very well located. A lot of the museums are close by. The service is great and the staff is very friendly. They great you with a surprise gift when you start your stay and when you leave. Beautiful building and the rooms are very comfortable. They have a view to one of the canals. I really recommend it.

Although the front desk service - in the morning is very good, helpful and very friendly, the hotel was a bit of a disappointment. The bathroom door is this glass ones that u expected to see in a cheap B&B, it doesn't match the rest of the room at all. The bathroom is new and good but the shower is a bit too narrow. The terrace with the view of the canal is only good in the evening as the boat trip tours leave literaly from the front of the terrace so your view is from tourist queues all the time.
