這間酒店的服務人員讓我覺得歧視華人。帶爸媽旅行快到尾聲，入住了布魯日的這家酒店，辦理入住時和大家一樣排隊，但輪到我們時，我正要遞出護照，突然被酒店的另一位服務人員，大喊著要我們去旁邊自助機器辦理，我們雖然困惑還是過去，但機器無法使用，也沒人幫助我們
原本我們排隊的櫃檯的服務人員，像是沒事般繼續幫下一個辦理，我們最後無法使用機器辦理入住，只好再排一次隊，花了雙倍的時間。
我要進房間時，要我們去機器辦理的同一位工作人員，跑到我房間門口，叫住另一位房務人員，就這麼把我夾在他們中間，開始討論公事，我被卡在他們中間，很荒謬的是她還跑到我房間門口擋著我，我們全家正在搬行李。
感謝攜程幫我申訴，但酒店服務人員實在態度太差，我也不想接受任何來自酒店的補償，還是想把經歷寫出來。
我們排隊時也非常安靜，順著隊伍，且他們在全部人中只有把我們叫到旁邊，其他人都是人工辦理。非常影響心情的一個過程，很可惜他們酒店的設備算是及格，但服務我只能給零分。

沒想到三鑽酒店還能帶泳池，很幸運旅程的前幾天趕上高温，可以游泳，到布魯日的第二天就降温了，遊不了啦😄
房間寬敞舒適，距離火車站可以步行，如果拖箱子最好還是坐一站公交車，票價3.4歐，可以刷信用卡。酒店附近有一家烤肉捲餅店，薯條特別好吃，肉有點臭；還有一家外國人開的中餐廳，可以吃炒麪炒粉什麼的。
早餐特別好，在比利時的酒店早餐都特別好，有水果有熱餐可以自己做華夫餅，種類豐富。工作人員服務周到熱情。布魯日真的是個非常適合度假的城市。
