Hôtel à fuir aucun professionnalisme. C’est la première fois que nous avons à faire à un staff aussi peu complaisant. Nous avons demandé à l’hôtel un remboursement de la chambre afin de la louer ultérieurement suite à des problèmes personnels. Nous avons fourni à cet effet toutes les pièces justificatives, cependant la direction n’en a pas tenu rigueur et je passe les détails concernant les échanges. Pour notre séjour à Bruges qui est reporté, nous sélectionnerons un hôtel où le staff est professionnel.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans ce petit hôtel familial bien situé au calme. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue avec un disque. Hôtel chaleureux. Chambre et salle de bain un peu petite mais elle fait le job! Accueil très chaleureux et hôtel toutou friendly : mon petit chien a eu le droit à des friandises et sa gamelle d'eau. Adorable !! Personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner varié. Centre de Bruges à une dizaine de minutes à pied. Bref, nous avons largement apprécié notre séjour.

Dit was het derde jaar op rij dat we er verbleven en we zijn weer zeer tevreden. Vriendelijk onthaal, heel propere kamer, goed bed en zeer goed ontbijt. Met een ruime, gratis parking vlakbij en op wandelafstand van het centrum van Brugge kan je niet beter vinden. We komen nog terug.

Wir waren eine Woche in Brügge und sehr zufrieden mit unserer Hotel-Wahl. Das Hotel selbst ist familiär und gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wer will, kann sogar jeden Morgen ein Sektfrühstück machen. Die Lage des Hotels ist nahezu perfekt. Mit dem Rad ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt, zu Fuß ist der Weg ebenfalls nicht weit. Man hat keinen Stress mit Parkplatzsuche und kann ganz bequem direkt am Hotel aus- und einladen. Räder stehen sicher verschlossen im Schuppen. Es gibt ne kleine Lobby und eine gemütliche Bar. Und last, but not least: Das Beste an diesem Hotel sind seine Menschen. Superfreundlich und zugewandt. Die Chefin spricht sogar Deutsch.

We travelled with Shearings by coach from the UK and has a great holiday in Bruges. We loved the hotel; comfortable rooms, good continental breakfast including bacon, nice walk into town, clean accommodation. We would stay there again. The area is very quiet.
