This hotel is an ideal choice for outpatients and their families, as it is conveniently located near hospitals. However, it might not be the best fit for the rest. The underground garage has most of its lots bordered by columns. Vehicles may need to be moved from their parked spaces to safely open the doors. Since the garage is unstaffed, the room key is required for entry and exit. The conveniently located elevator provides a solution for loading and unloading passengers. On a rainy day, the steep ramp leading to the exit posed a challenge. I had to stop to use the room key to open the gate. Unfortunately, even with traction control, my German rental car began losing traction as soon as I accelerated from a complete stop. The TV room is poorly lit by the couch, even with all the lights on. The bedroom ceiling fan light lacks a standard switch, instead having a toy-like one. The lamp on the nightstand has one inoperable bulb and the other is missing. The hotel maintenance only replaced the inoperable bulb. As a cautionary measure, he deliberately left the other bulb missing. He later mentioned that lamp in many rooms have one missing bulb. On the second day, the halogen floor lamp in the living room went out. Maintenance wanted to check the circuit breaker before replacing the bulb. However, encountering difficulty opening the breaker box, he left to return with a replacement ceiling lamp, which unfortunately had a lower luminance. Housekeeping services are limited to every other day, and the room rate is not discounted for consecutive stays. Daily service was requested, but it did not arrive until late into the afternoon on the first day. The microwave oven has seen better days. Food and beverages are adequately heated, but the saucer tilted during rotation, scraping the bottom of the interior.

Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. We checked in with three policemen and a guest having an altercation in the lobby. They were yelling and the guest was running away. It escalated very quickly and was very unnerving. We were told we could leave when we communicated that we didn't feel safe. However, there were no other hotels available and we had flown into Boston. The next morning breakfast was cold. Long waits for the elevator. I woke up with bed bug bites. I have reached out and been ignored. So I finally decided to share about my poor experience. If they had even apologized or showed any empathy I would not have shared this review.
