The Inn was very clean, the beds and linens were very comfortable. The towels had been around for a while but were useable. The shower in the JFK room was quite small but the water got hot and there was plenty of pressure. The soap and shampoo/conditioner were the very smallest size possible, there was no lotion. The staff was somewhat accommodating. The location was quite good.

Cam was a fantastic host and made things very easy for us, thank you mate ! Go Bruins! (Ok it’s a min of 200 words that’s quite a lot for a quick review to bee honest - but as above - Cam was very helpful, they have bagels and peanut butter and Nutella too

I loved the charm of the Beacon Inn. It was a cozy place to stay--quiet, convenient location, and it felt like a home. I could have used more outlets and an in-room coffee maker, but I figured it out. Will definitely be planning on a return trip!

We weren't up for spending $300 plus on a hotel and found the Beachon Inn 1750 on *******. This was a great option for us for attending a show at Agganis Arena. It was a beautiful day so we parked at the Inn and walked the 1.8 miles. Quick uber home after the show. The check in and check out process was super easy. No issues at all. The room was spacious and quieter than I expected. It was clean and although the bed was soft for me, I slept well. We appreciated the late night snacks and breakfast foods they left out. Would definitely stay again!

My 2nd stay (last Spring) saw a portion of the bathroom ceiling collapse, w/water falling in--and subsequently dripping (photos available). This was on Friday. When I called their office in need of assistance, I was informed that a service tech wouldn't be available until Tuesday--which is when I was checking out. No apologies given, no follow up, nothing. I stayed again this April, for marathon weekend, as the location is ideal. When leaving early Tuesday morning (pre-dawn), I accidentally left my Yeti thermos inside. Due to the hour, I was unable to re-enter the building, and no staff was present. I left them 2 voicemails asking to A) confirm its presence; and B) request they possibly mail it to me. They declined to do so unless I was willing to pay for the shipping. When told of the previous year's ceiling leak, and the ensuing lack of consideration, the young lady told me she was sorry to hear that, but management still refused to take any steps to send me my property. For a group in the business of hospitality, they aren't very hospitable. After 3 years of loyal patronage, I will no longer be staying here when visiting Boston.

Extremely nice staff. Comfortable and safe. The neighborhood was nice with grocery store, cafes, small restaurants. One could take a walk in the evening comfortably. For an economical stay in pleasant surroundings and still within reach of museums etc it was fine.

Comfortable enough, but could use updates Our stay was fine- but the rooms could really use some updates. Everything just looks a little rough-around-the edges. Clean and comfortable enough. But there seems to be no care put into the decor… It was also strange that several mattresses were being removed from the rooms while we were there. It seems like this is what you get for under $200. Ultimately, it was fine, but not nice enough to ever want to return.
