Great hotel
Beautiful hotel, new, clean and welcoming.
Staff helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This is not yet a hotel- this is just a project of one. You will pay the most expensive price in Brookline, but you will be treated as on an experiment. The power goes out and the generator doesn’t kick inside the rooms, which are dark and frozen in the middle of the winter. On Dec 31 st at 9am they decide to do a fire alarm drill, because they find out they will have an inspection. The “included breakfast” status one thing in the menu and serves another. The coffee machines in the rooms only have “decaf expresso”. The “included breakfast” have bills in that have the tip added not in the last row, but halfway in the bill, so you always tip twice. If you want true vacation, go elsewhere. If you are not concerned about not sleeping at night - this may be perfect for you… in 4 months they have not been able to get their act together….

All staff very nice. Small physical glitches, toilet needed fixing, elevators not on full service. We were told they were doing a soft opening.
