It was the best. Maybe because I stayed for a few days, I was able to check in early and get an upgrade, which was really nice. The room was clean and there was a microwave and cooking facilities. There was a Trader Joe's right next door, which was convenient.

Not bad. I arrived in Boston on an early flight and arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock. I told the front desk that I wanted to check in early, but it was arranged right away. It was an unexpected surprise. Just for this reason, I can give it a five-star rating!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem of a luxury hotel, where the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and we would definitely recommend it.Ps I highly recommend the Petal Restaurant which is located on the first floor inside the hotel

Our family had a very nice experience at the Iris Hotel. We were in town for a funeral. The hotel staff was so kind, helping by adjusting our rooms to accommodate our family needs, extending our dates and problem solving with us. The rooms were lovely and included a kitchenette and coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable and the room temperature easy to adjust. I also really appreciated the lighting options (very bright with good reading lamps and many dimmer possibilities). We will definitely be visiting again.

A relatively new hotel that was ideally located in the Brookline neighborhood, next to lots of nice restaurants and shops. The staff tries hard although at times, a bit inexperienced. They make every effort to make right whatever has gone wrong.

Rooms were OUTSTANDING! Check in simple and quick. A FABULOUS hotel! Just opened in Aug 2024 and people have not yet discovered it! Opulent bathroom with black marble tile, gold fixtures, and Ferragamo bath products! Plush robes to snuggle into and modern, clean decor! Whether you are in town for business or a Sox game, put this hotel on your list!

Very clean, large, well equipped kitchenette and terrific service at front desk! I had moderate expectations and the Hotel Iris exceeded them! I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to the Boston area. Also, the food options nearby are varied and high quality.
