This place is perfectly located near the station and all the best spots in town but most importantly for us near the cycle hire shop which is also near the station. I have stayed in 3 different rooms and found them to be spacious, clean, well decorated and most importantly, cosy. The garden at the back is beautiful and the staff are really helpful and easy going. Everything you would want and need for your stay. We are already planning our trip in another 12 weeks and will definitely be going back to Oak Tree Rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at Oak Tree Rooms! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a wonderfully cozy feel—just what anyone would need for a relaxing getaway. The location is excellent, with some lovely places to eat just a short walk away, making it a great base for exploring Brockenhurst and the surrounding New Forest. The hosts are incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. Their care and attention to detail were evident throughout the stay. Highly recommend Oak Tree Rooms for a comfortable and convenient stay— can’t recommend it enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brockenhurst is a beautiful village full of character and charm; Oak Tree Rooms provides the perfect location to explore and sample the numerous local pubs and eateries. A clean, bright room with en-suite, a kingsize bed dressed with crisp, white sheets, a comfortable mattress and soft pillows ensured we slept late in to the next day (aided by the blackout blind and the peace and quiet!) We enjoyed a fantastic event at Ezee the Italian restaurant - wonderful pizzas and great ‘dancing’ staff! For brunch, we discovered a local cafe called The Terrace and devoured a freshly cooked, full English breakfast washed down with a delicious cappuccino. We highly recommend Oak Tree Rooms and its surrounding ‘facilities’

My partner and I we decided to book the superior double room to finish 2024 on a peaceful fashion away from the hustle and bustle from London, and what a great choice it was! The "superior double" was not just a room, but a little cozy studio with everything we needed for a living: super comfy sofa and bed, full equiped kitchen with oven (always extra points if you enjoy your cooking like I do), amazing shower with different set-ups... All coming with a very handy welcome guide with plenty recommendations for places to eat, grab a drink or activities to keep you busy during your stay, which are plenty if you enjoy nature and peaceful scenery. 100 % recommended, will come back soon!

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The room is beautiful, spotlessly clean and spacious. The bathroom is beautifully appointed and the shower is amazing. The hosts have thought of everything! Location is perfect with restaurants and cafes only a minute or two walk away. I highly recommend Oak Tree Rooms.

This is the fourth time I have stayed, to enjoy the beauty of the forest and get out exploring and take photos. Paulina and Bruno have always made my stay very comfortable and made me feel welcome. I have never had an issue with noise from other guests in their rooms and have always found my room to be absolutely spotless! My only “complaint” I can’t stay for longer in this lovely guest house as l still need to go to work, but I’ll be back again soon to see the seasons changing in the beautiful New Forest from this friendly base I’ve found.

Recommend the Oak Tree Rooms. Great central location with pubs n restaurants close by and open Forest easily accessed just around the corner. Lovely comfortable rooms, good value for money and if you have any needs ask very helpful Paulina & Bruno.

This is our happy place. Close amenities. Very comfortable rooms. Lovely shower. Peaceful with no awareness of other guests. We always sleep well. Seasoned travellers with good knowledge of the area. Look forward to the next time. What’s not to love. ❤️
