Wow what a place had my partners 60th with family friends . Food was excellent staff where the same .place is very clean gardens are exceptional .stayed in the chestnut was like a terrace house every clean and tidy was a couple of days will always remember

This was our second visit and we continue to be delighted by this superb hotel. The food, rooms and general atmosphere are among the best we have ever experienced. It is very informal and friendly, whist at the same time professionally run with excellent service levels. We were in Sea Beet, which is in the grounds just a few metres from the main building; I doubt you could find a better room anywhere for the price. The breakfast is copious and the restaurant offers high-quality meals. The grounds are stunning and there is plenty of parking.

Spa day - Just OK 😞 Considering this newly opened spa has won some awards I was really excited to go here with my friend for a much needed relaxation day. Good points - Lily's massage was really good. She took time to explain everything, pressure was just how I liked, beds were divine and I felt well and truly relaxed afterwards. The food was really nice. The staff catered for my dietary requirements and it was very tasty. Bad points - felt a bit let down on entering the spa. No beds free, sauna full, hot tub small and seemed full already with 2 people in. Outside chairs full and wasps everywhere. We then ended up sitting in the corner for ages in the foot spa. Pool was tiny too with steps in either end so kept bumping feet when swimming. Definitely a lounge pool rather than a swim couple of lengths pool. Felt so let down. Considering it took so long to build and open, was very hyped up. Sad :( Felt this spa was too small for the amount of people that had been allowed in. They're obviously trying to recoup costs but being a bit greedy with it. Don't think I'll be returning or recommending sadly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Norfolk Mead celebrating our 1 year anniversary, could not recommend it more. Food was wonderful and the spa was perfect for the occasion.

I have recently visited the newly opened spa at The Norfolk Mead, and I can honestly say it was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped inside, the environment was calm, beautifully designed, and instantly soothing. I had a massage and Macy was just amazing. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and her intuitive approach left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Amazing nursery at the venue of our wedding which now has a beautiful Spa area which really blends nicely into the area and the experience of the Norfolk Mead. With the Beautiful grounds you can walk around exceptional service and food and traditional rooms you're guaranteed a great stay Special mention two the staff who greeted and greeted and served us Well done Leanne Cat Abbey Lauren and Millie. Keeping the pool area maintained and exceptional work rate was Nelson Thank you Francesca for meeting us at the spa who was integral with our wedding day three years ago

Clean and comfortable. A great setting, easily found by sat-nav. Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality refreshments. The finger sandwiches were well made and nicely presented. A little cramped for our large gathering but that's not the fault of the venue.

Our visit last week was very disappointing. The service especially, from one member of staff in the bar, was very poor and we were left waiting and ignored. We complained to the management and although we were then served. Nobody checked that we were happy at the end and to be honest our overall experience has made us decide not to visit the venue again, as this is not the first time we have felt like this. If we we were honest we were not made to feel welcome. This is a great shame as the venue is idyllic and delightful surroundings. Tbh the experience and the way we were treated has left us feeling very upset and disappointed. The food is always good and we just feel together with the fact that the venue offers very pleasant surroundings and a lovely place to relax is just a shame that the service appears not to match this. Very disappointing as we would have like to have visited again and again. However after the last experience we don’t feel welcome.
