I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the lovely staff made me feel welcome and even showed me a video on where and how to park my car, which was a thoughtful touch. A delightful bottle of red wine awaited me in my room, adding a special touch to my stay. The hotel’s facilities were exceptional, including a beautiful lap pool and a serene zen garden perfect for daily meditation. The well-equipped gym was an added bonus. Overall, the amazing facilities and excellent service made this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

I’ve always found the hotel clean and well maintained, the parking is on site and secure with a plentiful amount of spaces. It’s a short walk to restaurants and the beach,With a walk path all the way to surface paradise.And if you want a tram service.

This time round the condition of the apartment was very run down, not enough cleaning materials. The furniture in there very very run down . I just hope next time round we will be provided with 5star instead of 2star .

I booked direct through Accor , then decided I wanted to upgrade room so contacted Peppers broadbeach direct to request this . All email correspondence was responded quickly . On arrival in to QLD had a phone call to say there was a problem with our new upgraded room so would I like upgrade to a higher floor …27 which was of course a yes . Apartment was beautiful , staff were all very friendly and helpful . We had the worst weather in about 30 years the week we stayed there but still managed to get out in between wind and rain when there was a break . ****** is an easy walk to have a wander and lunch . . Restaurants are really easy to walk to and 3 Surf life saving venues for lunches was walking distance too. With weather being lousy went to the 4 D cinemas in Pacific fair which was fun and different . Did a yacht sunset cruise with Sunsailing which was fun even though ended up raining most of the time . We stayed in tower 1 and when skies were clear and water was flat we could see the whales . Was disappointing as we couldn’t do a lot that we wanted to but we made the most of enjoying our lovely surrounds . We had 2 pools and spa, gym and sauna to also make use of on premises . Went to Broadbeach massage which was great and once again walking distance . We would most definitely return and enjoyed our stay

Property was just lovely. Two bedroom unit was very spacious & clean. Plenty of restaurants at your doorstep & surf club & ****** only a short stroll away. Only downside is a new block being built on waterfront so unless you stay on a high floor ocean views are impeded

Love this hotel. My previous stay was a bit nicer though. Stayed in the same type of room as last time, however the layout was different and not as clean. Side note, the rooms need better air circulation. Aircon is good but it's still quite stuffy inside.

We have stayed at Peppers broadbeach several times now and everytime the service and facilities have been exceptionally goods. Rooms were clean and bright and the restaraunts around the hotel are of 5 star rating would recommend this hotel
