The overall experience is good. First of all, the hotel is in a very advantageous location with convenient transportation and many dining and shopping places around it. The room is modernly decorated, fully equipped, and has a comfortable bed with moderate hardness, ensuring a good sleep quality. The bathroom was clean and tidy, the washcloth and towels were soft, and the gym was very nice.

Accueil très agréable avec un petit chocolat!. Parking dédié en sous-sol avec accès direct tres propre. Chambre bien conçue avec bouteille d eau fournie et très bon café dans la chambre. La chambre est très propre. Design moderne et neuf. Le centre ville très proche.

Really disappointed with our stay at this hotel albeit the staff were lovely and we received an upgrade to our room. The Hotel advertised good amenities of restaurant and bar. Both of these were closed the entire duration of our stay!!! We had no notice of this and would not have picked this hotel had we known of these closures. Communal areas of hotel were kept clean and tidy but daily cleaning of hotel rooms did not happen!!! Providing fresh towels also seemed to be a challenge. This is not what we expected from a 4* hotel.
