Worst apparment I have booked in years. Poor communication, hard to find, yet very central. Does not look like in the pictures: everything is a little off like broken toilet seat and shower holder. No hand towels. Bedsheets are too narrow so they keep coming off all night. In summer, it's hot in the apartment and keeping the window open means a lot of noise from the pedestrian streets. Only one key! This place has nothing to do with "luxury" (as they call themselves Luxury Apartment). Basically it was clean, but poorly maintained. Parking they offer is very shady and expensive. AVOID!!

Someone BROKE INTO OUR APARTMENT and STOLE our belongings for the value of almost 3000 EUR. The manager Eliska Lacinova BLOCKED ME on WhatsApp so I would not contact her about the incident anymore. I was patient for more than a year and still NO refund. Reported to the police. DO NOT BOOK AN APARTMENT HERE !!!!!!!!!! NO SECURITY AT ALL !!!!!!
