Hotel Centrum Brno

Really sorry Definitely not a good option to enjoy the wonderful city of Brno no way Poor service, after complaining about the room and the lack of higiene and cleaning .....really sorry to say nothing changed. It's really difficult for us to understand how this can happen, nobody prepared our beds, most of the days not even towels were changed. Sad

Located outside Brno center, don’t think the town in walking distance, not quite sure what the building is/was, perhaps a hospital/sanitarium ? Easy enough to find (google mapped the address), parking inside. However, you do need to call reception/security on the intercom every time you need to raise the parking barrier. Staff spoke little to no English. The hotel has a sort of ‘70s feel to it. Each room has a communal kitchen, with a sink, microwave and a large fridge. My room was a little bit small – had ample storage space, OK lighting, and a balcony. No fan or a/c, which was tough during the heatwave. Wifi was fine, signal OK. Bathroom was fine. Had a medium sized LCD TV, no English channels. There were some vending machines near reception, coffee machines and snacks/sundries – reasonably priced. Breakfast was in what seems to be an institutional dining room, and service is partly buffet and partly counter service. Fair selection of food.
