I needed somewhere in north Bristol to get away to Wales easily and the location was very convenient for me. No lift, so dragging my suitcase upstairs was not great - and a lot of rooms but quite quiet for a place with so many rooms. Using the carpark is an additional 8 pounds. Bed was comfortable and room was a very good size. Finally a range of teas to drink, WITH milk provided. Shower in the bath, but has been modernised and is clean and feels nice.

KKatie1996The location is ideal for anyone travelling by coach in Bristol. The staff were so friendly and the room was fantastic. It had everything I needed - hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, an iron/ironing board. It was a quiet and peaceful hotel too. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
GGuest UserWelcoming, sense of luxury, extremely clean and of course a fantastic location - we’ll be back - thank you. Would be great to see a restaurant that reflects the local area - Bristol is young and vibrant - it would be perfect if the restaurant celebrated that rather than a standard restaurant chain.

TTsarskayaHotel is just in the city center and so close to restaurants and shopping. Room is regular but pillows aren’t cosy at all. They were of the lowest quality ever so affected sleeping. Shower had Rituals amenities which is nice but no lid to close the tub so actually only shower option available while there is a tub. We had child and dog with us so convertible sofa plus additional sofa piece were quite comfortable. We chowed this hotel for pet option and it’s just £15 extra charge so in general feel very satisfied with our one night stay.
Btw. Reception looks the way more stylish than the rooms so the picture is taken only there !
LLVBCGreat central hotel with parking. Staff were extremely friendly. There was an issue with the lifts not working during my stay, so I was offered discount on my stay and complimentary drinks. Great customer service! I will definitely stay again.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very smart modern and clean. Our room was small but we had booked a standard room. Price was good compared to other hotels locally.
The hotel is right next to the harbour and in the middle of a bustling nightlife. We hadn’t considered this when booking. Although the location was great, the noise from outside could be heard so loudly in our room at night. I actually thought a window was open, but it wasn’t. This went on till the early hours, music, shouting etc, so we found it hard to sleep. The bed was very comfortable though and the room spotlessly clean.
Tea/coffee facilities were provided in our room, an iron and hairdryer were also there. The bathroom had a good shower, towels were provided.
We didn’t dine but I did purchase a drink from the bar. After paying I was told it would be brought over to me. When it was the bartender informed me my card had declined and asked me to pay again. I did, however when I checked my bank later both payments had been paid out. Not very happy about this.
Although a nice looking hotel and great price, due to the noise level at night we wouldn’t stay again. If that wouldn’t bother you the hotel would be a great choice.

MMadelineNice room, very clean and bathroom was nice and clean too. Location is good with a bus stop just outside which takes you to the centre but also is very quick to walk
GGuest UserGreat location for those early mornings dragging yourself out of bed for an early flight. Breakfast was okay. Hotel room was quiet so got a good nights sleep. One thing I will say was really weird is the toilet door is the wardrobe door 😂 so if you come out of the loo and someone is looking in the wardrobe, they may get a door to the head. And if you leave the bathroom door open you will be seen from the bed. Liked the big window looking out to the carpark but would of loved to of been able to let a bit of fresh air into the room. Restaurant was okay, I think it was £8 for tomato soup that was so hot it burnt my throat and nearly ruined the holiday before it had begun. Will stay again as it's so close to the airport and with TUI you can check your bags in the night before.
RRJS174Good location and interesting collection of artwork in the hotel. Walls are a bit thin - kept awake by other guests. Checking in was also really slow even after we checked in online

AAnonymous UserA place in heart of Bristol city center. A place just to crash for night sleep . Don't expect to have a relaxing day in the hotel . Hotel itself has maze of stairs up and down . Building is historical. Rooms layout is not good for people who don't like doing stairs and can get confused easily where to go . Overall it's okay for few nights sleep . 🙂🙂🙂

Lladyshire22The hotel is perfectly situated in Bristol and everything in walking distance or scooter if you wish.
Rooms very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a harbour view room which has fab views. I would imagine there isn't a bad view from the Radisson. The hotel will validate your parking if using Nelson St ncp which gives £5 off. Please note that its also £9 per day if your vehicle travels within the new CAZ restrictions. Either pay beforehand or up to 6 days later or face a fine! Or park out of city and park and ride in or train. Also NCP parking is not the cheapest either, again check all extra charges before travelling to Bristol.
