Conveniently located between Temple Meads and the centre, in a new development area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful.

Situated centrally but accessible for cars, the Delta Hotel works fine for a stopover night prior to a flight Being part of Marriott Bonvoy means the recently refurbished hotel has higher standards than others: spacious shiny lobby, seating areas, well-served restaurants and all the extra amenities. Unlike many other places working by the clock, the restaurant received our late arrival and food order, enjoyed over watching Match of the Day. The staff were particularly impressive. Important to me it had a terrace to the restaurant on the first floor. It looks over nothing much but urban concrete and the roundabout but it allows me to have my smoke respectfully! The room is spacious, has a personalised TV welcoming the guests by name but its smart features unfortunately didn’t work (yet) so no Netflix for us that night! Thank God, there was not just the Holy Bible but also the Book of Mormons on the right hand bedside table! Nice clean and new hotel. Entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to find not being from the main road side. Amenities like toothbrush etc are payable, which was a let off. Overall good experience. 🙂

The hotel didn't have a formal front desk and facade. We called the hotel at 7 o'clock in the afternoon. They said that they had contacted me before (I might contact Ctrip's phone) and sent them an id and credit card picture to tell us how to self. -checkin. The room was ok, and the floor was slamming. The kettle and coffee machine were dirty, but the pots and pans were clean. In the evening, the heating can not be opened at around 17°. There is a bar restaurant downstairs, and it will be noisy one or two in the middle of the night. Please consider carefully when sleeping light.

Nice room, very clean and bathroom was nice and clean too. Location is good with a bus stop just outside which takes you to the centre but also is very quick to walk

Centrally located. Beautiful old building, with rather strange modern/industrial trusts in rooms. Regular double room was rather tight on space. Bathroom large and great shower. Bit chilly in the evening, an electric heater was provided but did not work. I discovered later that none of the (10!!) plug sockets in the room worked.

The hotel was very convenient and had nice staff. The breakfast was also lovely. The caravan was a fun experience but wouldn’t do again. The temperature control is difficult - either boiling or ice cold - also gets all the noise at night.
