Beautiful, well furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries in bathroom. Very luxe! Great to have Nespresso Machine with pods too. So many great dining options nearby. Cool to hear students practising in the Uni Music School Building opposite the apartment.

Wonderful Stay at Redmayne House Fabulous stay at Redmayne House, a gem in Bristol. I paid for parking at £10 a night which for Bristol is a very good rate, my car is a full EV and Redmayne offered electric car charging at no extra cost!! Absolutely fantastic! The bed was super comfy, the pillows were a joy like perfect sturdy marshmallows and the duvet was just the right mix of warm and snuggly. The best sleep I have had in a long time. I am a frequent ********** patron and have stayed in most of the hotels in Bristol. Although Redmayne is not a hotel, so no room service etc it was lovely to have my own kitchen (fully appointed with Neff Appliances), full size fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine that allowed me to do a 30 minute wash and dry. Perfect stay with a smart HDTV so I could login and watch Netflix! Nice touches with fresh dressing gown and slippers. Cannot fault this place!

Stylish apartment in a great neighbourhood Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice little touches, Nespresso machine with capsules, L'occitaine toiletries, smart tv with Netflix etc included. Good communication before we arrived. Wasn't sure how key on the phone via an app would work but was all fine.

Great location but horrendous traffic noise in Apartment 3. Television wasn’t working, engineer tried his best but failed to repair remote control. Windows do not close properly. Shower was leaking onto floor but otherwise a hot and powerful spray. Lots of little extras provided such as tea, coffee etc but if you want a night s sleep, avoid at all costs. Finally on the second night very late and just outside our apartment there was a very heated and angry exchange between occupants of another apartment in the building. Two very disturbed nights sleep. Staff on phone very pleasant and did try to help. Could not recommend.

Terrible! No sofa bed as promised, no cot, no linen for either. Front door lock broken, windows broken. Nothing was fixed despite numerous attempts. £1200 for a week for a 1 bed apartment and thoroughly disappointing. The only accurate part was the location which was as described. Even the parking you pay for is off site.

The first room we were given (Which was apparently an 'upgrade') was so noisy it sounded like cars and drunk people were actually in the room - even with industrial ear plugs. The floor was soaking wet when we arrived, the bathroom was not clean and floor tiles in the bathroom were loose with raised sharp edges. After the first disastrous night of zero sleep and both of us having to cancel work the next day (and not get paid) because we were so tired, we were moved to a room at the back of the house. It was definitely quieter but the mattress was ancient and completely broken so there was no chance of proper sleep for the following two nights. Also every apartment is equipped with automatic flood lights that come on if you dare step into the hallway at night - thus waking up anyone still sleeping and reducing any chance of getting back to sleep to zero. Absolute insanity... These aren't even safety lights (which come on separately, so goodness knows which bright spark thought these were a good idea. The final nail in the coffin was paying for the optional late checkout on the Sunday, only for it to be cancelled by the host at the last minute (less than an hours notice), meaning we had to cancel our lunch plans with friends - and despite my account being debited for the surcharge. I would thoroughly recommend against staying here.

We booked a two night weekend stay but left after one night due to noise disturbance. The flat suffered from constant traffic noise on busy Whiteladies Road. The forecourt of the building is open to the road and in the late afternoon a group of people parked up on this and we’re dancing to music played loudly on the car stereo. During the night there was a party in another flat with people arriving and leaving from late evening till morning. Some rang the bell to our flat in the early hours trying to gain access. There appears to be little in the way of sound insulation for doors and windows and the sparse furnishings and bare floors make this worse. There was no response to phone or email contact from the letting agent out-of-hours. When we were able to speak to someone in the morning, it was a junior staff member with limited knowledge and scope for decision making. Staying for the second night was unthinkable but our request for a refund, full or partial was refused.

Gaining entry with the app was fine. However the parking was at another building perhaps 200m away ( not ideal if its raining). Good location with a Waitrose/Sainsburys nearby for basics. Whilst the Appartment was nicely furnished it is compact. Had everything you might want including a washing maching, small dish washer etc. One gripe is that the lounge sofa was not at all comfortable. We had a twin bedded room again nicely furnished but 2 x 2 foot 6 inch beds are a bit too narrow for me. Compact bathroom with nice shower and nice soaps etc. No lift so travel light, not at all suitable for folks with mobility issues, steep staircase just to get to frontdoor. All in all a reasonable place to stay.
