I stayed at Moxy for 2 days and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The hotel is currently under construction, which blocks the window view entirely. This took away from the atmosphere and comfort I was hoping for during my stay.
The standard room and bathroom were quite small, and the overall condition of the room seemed worn. The carpet appeared old and faded in some areas, and the general cleanliness could be improved to meet higher standards.
Another small but important point – there was no complimentary drinking water provided in the room, which is a basic facility many hotels usually offer.
While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, I believe the hotel could benefit from some updates and better preparation during the renovation period. I wouldn’t recommend it for couples or those looking for a relaxing stay at the moment, but hope it improves in the future once construction is completed.

The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. They also give welcome cocktails upon check-in🍸. The decoration style is bar-style, with purple lights, which reminds me of the Orange Hotel in China🏨
Facilities: The family room is spacious and clean. There is air conditioning in the room, but it doesn't cool at all, and it is very old and very noisy, making it hard to sleep.
There is a mini gym with basic treadmills, etc.
Environment: The location is good, there is a large department store nearby, and there are many restaurants nearby.

Had a lovely stay, staff were very friendly and accommodating . Thankyou to Jane who made our check in easy. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hotel was in easy distance of the city centre.
