The staff are helpful and nice. It would be better for the room to have some refurbishment. It needs about 10 minutes walk to reach a small supermarket.

The room facilities are average, the soundproofing is very poor, and I feel the bed is too short for a 185cm tall person

The room is clean and tidy. The hotel staff is of high quality and their work is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is very good. It is just during the renovation period and it is very noisy during the day.
