Hampton by Hilton Bristol Airport

The hotel has a good location, but something happened. I went to bed at about 7 o'clock the night before the incident. A sudden fire alarm occurred at about 9 o'clock. At the reception, I didn’t know what number to dial. There was no phone information on the counter at all. I pressed 0 randomly but no one listened. After I dialed several times, no one listened. I said I heard a noise and I couldn’t open the door. They immediately I came up to open the door and opened it for a long time. Finally I opened it. I don't know if it was a lock problem or something. They immediately changed my room.

The environment is very good. The bed is moderately hard and soft. The cups are very comfortable. The hotel is very new. It is very close to the airport and is within walking distance. It is a good place to rest during a late night transit. The stay experience is good. I came to the hotel with injuries and the front desk enthusiastically provided disinfection supplies
