Amazing location and beautiful boutique hotel! Room was large and extremely comfortable with a big bed. The only slight downside was the bathroom was very cold (we were there in December) it was a large bathroom with one small tall radiator which sadly wasn’t capable of heating the room and the shower was open sided which meant you just couldn’t get warm when in it. But other than that wonderful hotel with such friendly staff and the spa was a great experience too. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing and staff was superb, unfortunately we couldn’t use spa as we didn’t pre book , would 100% recommend.

We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed more than one night! The spa is an extra £10 per person for an hour of use, which is well worth it. The breakfast is good quality and the room was very comfortable.

The room at ground floor is quite old and small. No window and using old door key. No space in the room. The Spa is located in basement with stream room and sauna room. Small swimming pool.

stunning hotel in a beautiful location and me and my mum and my big sister recently stayed over in the harbour hotel in bristol from 14th of aug to 16th of aug to celebrate my birthday on 15th of aug and the hotel room was so lovely and unfortunately the jacuzzi was broken which was very disappointing.

Amazing delicious afternoon tea with my friend. First to taste the new afternoon tea menu - lucky us! Too much to eat but took the leftovers home. Lovely service. Comfortable, calm and classy environment. Great value for £30 a head. Would certainly come again.

First time we have been here and I was looking for the perfect place to propose over a meal. The Harbour Hotel team were amazing, they called me to see what they could do to help make it perfect, and they gave us a beautiful table in the corner, as well as rose petals on the table and even made us a special will you marry me chocolate written plate with some desert bars on there. The Food we had was some of the nicest we have ever had, the fillet steak, peppercorn sauce and chips were outrageous, soooo good. The spa itself whilst small was really nice for us, there is a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and pool for a dip. It was great for what we wanted, though, nice chill out before our evening out. We had a junior suite, it was very comfy, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, I need it for my house. The location is great, you can walk out the door and everything is just there, bars, restaurants etc Thank you again harbour hotel for making our special day perfect, we will be back next year to celebrate.
