This serviced apartment is fully equipped and boasts a central location. An Avis car rental is conveniently located downstairs, and parking spaces can be booked, making it ideal for those traveling by car. A key feature is that rooms are cleaned once a week, with daily upkeep being the guest's responsibility. Despite this, the room was impeccably clean upon my arrival. High floors offer stunning city views, though the blue tint on the windows regrettably causes photos to be slightly color-distorted. The Sichuan restaurant downstairs is also quite good.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the location was fantastic for dining, shopping, and getting around. It was surprisingly quiet with virtually no noise, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Unfortunately, the price for the second night increased significantly, forcing me to switch hotels. Despite that, I would absolutely consider staying here again!

Location is quite convenient as it is close to Queen Plaza, Queen Street Mall, and the bus station. The staff is friendly and supportive. Check-in and check-out are fast and efficient. Room clean up is very sloppy, such as putting the public towel over mine. Despite the twin bed room size being adequate, only one chair is provided.

We booked this hotel for 8 nights, 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony, kitchen with stove and fridge, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The location is so convenient, in the centre of the city, walking distances to casino, riverside, botanic garden, shopping malls, bus and train station. Excellent!! Highly recommended!!

The hotel rooms are well-equipped, and it is very convenient to buy ingredients and cook them yourself. The location is very suitable, with shopping and restaurants nearby. ** is also nearby, with convenient transportation and high CP value

Great location !! Everything 3mins away from this hotel. Due to the middle of the city,Our room was 10th floor and noise comes from the busy street at night time. One thing make us annoyed was one of the lift did not work and had to wait or people lined for wait.

The location is perfect! Step off the train walk through the station and you're at the entrance to the Sofitel. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was perfect for pottering around Brisbane. Enjoyed room service one night, and had a lovely swim in the heated pool and spa every night. Can't wait to go back!

The hotel is close to the central train station and there are many supermarkets nearby. Because there was a typhoon during our stay, we had to stay an extra night. The cost was very expensive, about AUD 296. If you don't want to move your luggage to another hotel, it's worth it. There are shopping malls and good restaurants nearby. This hotel has a very good arrangement, if the room permits, you can check in early. But don't stay in a room close to the road, as there will be a lot of noise.

Great Hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are compact but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I think the best thing was how clean everything was. They have daily housekeeping so the room is always smelling fresh and clean. Check in staff are so friendly and there is no waiting. This hotel has four elevators so you never wait very long to get to your room or downstairs. Even though there are no balconies the rooms have floor to ceiling windows so the views are spectacular. Everything you would expect was provided, kettle, cups glasses fridge shampoo , towels etc. I needed some extra pillows and they brought them straight up. Location wise you can't get much better with a Cole's supermarket just downstairs and Ibis Styles is walk to everything, very close to the Casino and Queen Street and short walk to South Bank as well as train and Bus stations. There are too many cafes and restaurants nearby to list. The Bed was very nice and comfortable and not too hard like many other Hotels. The shower was large and the air conditioner worked perfectly. We really like this Hotel and will definitely be back again. Thanks to The Hotel staff for doing such a good job.

Security and the admin were very strict on who could come into your room during the day, (night I can understand). Had friends who came to visit while in the city early afternoon and they weren’t allowed in unless they were listed as guests on the room, with a number limited based on your room size. Had to leave the apartment and find somewhere else to catch up with them. Otherwise rooms were well presented with great views, and super convenient location.
