This is our second stay at this hotel. According to our idea when we came, we thought of coming to this hotel for vacation twice a year. The children like the beach in front very much, but this stay was quite unsatisfactory. The cleaning of the room needs to be called, and it is not cleaned for less than three days. Even if it is cleaned, it is extremely sloppy. The sheets are not changed, the floor is not swept clean, and only some consumables are replenished, which is considered cleaning! We stayed for 7 days, but when we checked out, because we checked out at 11:30, the front desk Jane (Asian face) asked us to pay 50 Australian dollars on the grounds that we checked out half an hour late. We told her that we have stayed in many Meriton hotels in Australia, and we have never been charged for checking out before 12 o'clock.
