The room has no advantages except that it is bigger. The room is located in a corner. Although there is a window, there is no sunlight coming in. The room is also very dark and the lighting is insufficient, which is very depressing. Outside the window is another building, so close that you can see people working inside. The facilities are very old. When taking a shower, you need to close the bathroom door to ensure that the fire alarm is not triggered. But the bathroom is very small, so the air circulation is not good and it is very stuffy. The hygiene is very poor. Daily room cleaning requires an additional fee (10 dollars). The blanket is very dirty, as if it has not been washed for a long time. There are bed bugs! I was bitten at least twice, one on my face and under my eyes. The decoration starts at 8:30 every morning, which is very noisy! It is impossible to work or study, and I can't concentrate at all. The sound insulation is not good. Every morning and night, I can hear other people coming and going in the corridor and talking loudly, and I can't rest well at all. This hotel can be said to be the worst I have ever stayed in Australia, and it is totally unworthy of its four stars.
