The apartment is in a good location, just opposite the South Bank. You can take the ferry in a few minutes downstairs. It is very close to the City Hall, which is convenient for travel. The one-bedroom apartment is next to the parking lot on the 4th floor. There are only two rooms on the 4th floor, 41 and 42. I stayed for three nights, but they didn't come in to clean or replenish toiletries. I don't know if the apartment is like this. Fortunately, the room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave, which is convenient to use and you can cook for yourself. Overall, it's not bad. High cost performance.
