“The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center and major attractions. The room is spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the bedding is soft, very suitable for rest. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and they provided great help from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities are complete, and the gym and swimming pool are especially recommended. I read reviews saying the service was confusing, and it happened to me. The front desk gave me the wrong room number. I couldn't open it when I went upstairs. I went back to the front desk and they said it could be opened. I went upstairs and it actually opened, but it was someone else's room. The girl inside was confused. I went downstairs again and they said they gave me the wrong room. Both hotels gave me breakfast and welcome gifts, but to be honest, their breakfast was just average, so I didn't book it from the beginning. The shower head was a knob that couldn't be tightened and easily slipped off. The shower was not built in a bathtub, but in a separate room. The bathtub faucet didn't seem to work. There was only a socket next to the desk in the room. The advantage is that it's very convenient to get to anywhere in the city center, and you can see the city hall from the room.
