Hamptons Brighton

Nice clean room, the top floor is quite a climb and very narrow so not great for young kids but other wise a great simple stay.

This hotel is a decent one. Although it is not close to the train station, it is very close to the sea.

Super flexible, good rooms, happy to accommodate and the location is perfect!

The location is good for people aim for going to the beach and swim. The shared washroom is clean but the shower tub is a bit small. Towels are provided and washing basin in room is provided. But the facility is wore out and the lock of the door is not working (may be we didn't know how to use). Please be aware that the hotel reception is closed at 9pm. Please spare some time to contact the hotel . Also, I don't think you can find any supporting service if you need some help. Storage of bags are accepted.

This was the worst hotel a person could stay the is so small the water in the shower keeps coming your personal details are being compromised by the workers at the hotel I was being harassed by the workers who tried numerous times to get in to my room.

We stayed here for a break away in Brighton for two nights, it is close to the sea and about twenty minute walk to the town. The issues we had with staying here was that our bed sheets were dirty and we had to call the reception at 10pm to come and sort it, so make sure to check your bed before you sleep. Also if you are a light sleeper you will hear everything, I am a very light sleeper and I could hear the couple above us and their whole conversation. But for a cheap break away it was ok, I don’t think I would stay here again because of the bed sheets not being clean.

There's a lot of bad reviews on here for this place, and I think that's quite unfair. We stayed here while I was running the Brighton marathon and it was great. The location is really great and the service we received checking in was brilliant, they even took our bags for us as we were a bit earlier than the 16:00 check in time. I think a lot of the reviews are bad because people didn't realise some of the rooms include a shared bathroom, we booked a room with an ensuite and this was clearly outlined on the website so I'm not sure how people seem to have missed this. The room was very comfortable and clean, absolutely no complaints from me. It's a 3 star hotel so you can't expect luxury but if you just need somewhere to sleep in a great location in Brighton then this is a great option.

Very noisy bedroom, in the entrance, the shower from the room next door are extremely noisy, like a jackhammer in the wall, the sink was dirty (housekeeper probably washed the mugs with the tea in the bathroom), the milk in the bedroom was off (6 pods, all expired) and the pic on thz website are totally différents the bedroom where we are. View on the closed and dark courtyard. No sea view ... The bed and the carpet was clean.
