Relax Inn Guest House

Freezing cold room because window catch was broken, so I was kept awake until 3am by disturbances of peace from street and then woken again at 5am. TV aerial did not work, and the bathroom was like Blackpool Illuminations. Went for a 2 day break after a severe illness and came back feeling worse than ever!!

Great guesthouse, we had a comfortable nights sleep, the mattress is so comfortable, the room was very clean and had coffee tea etc. the staff is very polite and helpful . The location is excellent. will definitely come back when we back to brighton.

Great seaside access, but quite old.

The staffs were lovely and helpful. The location is quite close to the Pier and beach if you fancy that. Overall, the building at large has little space to fit every thing in to. Very tiny staircase, room, bed, wardrobe, the most frustrating was that I could barely fit into the shower, with a BMI of only 25. There was no fridge, kitchen service and the entire room has only 1 socket to plug everything I needed into; bedside lamp, phone, computer, boiling kettle etc. I was given a tiny piece of bathing soap and a towel for each day I stayed in. Overall, I felt this was very over-priced and aside the very helpful staff on ground, there was nothing else to remember about this place.

I wanted a functional room close to the beach. That’s exactly what I found. Really friendly, helpful staff. Local shops around the corner . Everything I needed for my stay
