All is good and clean but only no good is with elevators is not suitable for leg problem and old man staying.

After walking around the door several times, I finally confirmed that the hotel was entered through this small door. The room is so small that there is almost no space after putting down the suitcase. The bathroom is also extremely narrow. The shower only has a ceiling spray and no hand-held shower head.
There is no air conditioning in the room. Our room is on the second floor, and there is a platform outside the window. We dare not open the window; it is hot and stuffy when we sleep at night.
The service attitude is good, but I don’t recommend it.

Lovely boutique hotel. Decor looks just like the photos - very opulent. Bed comfortable. Fabulous Japanese bath in the Seaview room. (Rain shower could probably do with descaling). Very helpful and friendly service from Marcus for check-in, cocktails and local recommendations.

We highly recommend this boutique hotel. The decor is fantastic and clean, and the staff are very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Conveniently situated near the sea but close to the lanes without being in the centre of town. Breakfast was superb, we would definitely stay again .

We had a fantastic stay at this small but wonderful boutique hotel, with it's fantastic decor and wonderful, friendly and accommodating staff, nothing was to much trouble for any of them. From the moment we arrived at the discreet but stylish entrance on a charming and quiet side street a mere stone's throw from the brighton seafront, I knew I had chosen the best hotel in town. This was followed by a warm welcome from our delighful host James who checked us in and guided us to our fabulously decorated room. We opted for a dinner recommended by James & enjoyed the best fish and chips we'd ever had. The hotel's location away from the main thoroughfare ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Delicious eggs benedict & royale set us up for the day. The 2nd evening we had dinner at etch, a recommendation on the hotel's website. Our lovely host Marcus kindly booked our cab and helped my godmother into the minibus. Etch was exceptional and Marcus helped me with our luggage on check-out finishing up a wonderful stay. To all the team at Square townhouse thank you for ensuring we experienced the best of Brighton!
