We stayed in Room 2. There are many reviews mentioning the same issues, so will just say it is not a good room to stay in and the same issues of a smelly wet room persist. It is also very small, a bit dirty and neglected. Stains on walls, small no room for luggage and never a sign of any staff. If I was a lone female it would have felt quite unsafe. It was also very overpriced 348 for 2 nights. It is a budget hotel and should be priced much lower. I would never return.

Love room 8 was clean and tidy, loved the skylight, huge bed very comfortable, parking was easy as explained within a short walk, hosts gave ideas for breakfast too, would recommend

Room is nice, its clean and the bed is comfy and the shower good but the issue I have is they state breakfast when they dont do breakfast, whats that all about? As the box is not really adequate, with pastries inside x 4. no drink thats my 1 moan as other things were okay

It was located in the heart of kemptown, very easy to get to and connected by buses. There was no noise from the road as it was off a side street. Incredibly comfortable bed and toiletries were provided. We had a wonderful experience and will be going back in the future!

The location for me was excellent as I was going to gig at a nearby Churchhall. There are pubs and eateries in the same road. The room was very comfortable especially the bed the TV was good, the bathroom was excellent. Everything was very clean and check in was a breeze. I would recommend.

Room was extremely clean, bed was so awesome super king size, floor heated tiles, everything you need was in place. We will stay again with you. Recommend. Situated in a quiet area, with shops around, coffee shop just around the corner, pubs around, few minutes away from the seafront.

we messaged hotel 3 times about parking before we stayed but got no reply, the room needs a lot of maintenance very tired , no shelf in bathroom for toiletries, plug in sink not holding the water , 3 hangers , no usb ports , bathroom had horrible smell , very overpriced , chandelier above bed looked like it could fall on us while sleeping, dirty walls needs a bit of a revamp

Fantastic location and a really nice place to stay. The hosts were so helpful and I would highly recommend this for a stay in Brighton. Parking was easy - right outside front door. Room was small but perfect for our needs. Excellent location for Sea Front and Town Centre
