I feel this room should not have been let as it was in disrepair.The hotel looks to be having some work done but it needs a lot doing for guest to give a good review. It is in a perfect location & if in good condition could be a lovely hotel. There is no reception as such.Sometimes answered the door & we were shown to our room and never saw another person after that. Curtains didn’t close& all lining was worn & torn.Bed was broken. There was mould ,rust & dirt needs a good refurb. Fire exit was also very rusted and didn’t look safe. I Feel that we should have some kind of refund

It was okay, check in was easy, the man that checked us in was very helpful. Although the room was on the very top floor which meant we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs everytime we went outside. There is a little bit of damp in the room, and the TV signal is very bad. But the room has a full sized under counter fridge and private bathroom. The shower could do with a deep clean, and the bed is very very squeaky, every-time you move it squeaks. The cups and glasses are very small, but we were provided with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Better then we expected but the bed needed something done to fix it, as this kept us up all night.

Room was terrible. Hotel was having some work done but our room should never have been let.Mould all around window frame, torn curtains with rotted lining.split headboard. Bathroom bin all rusty . Sent several emails when we got home as there is no reception & didn’t see anyone around to speak to & never had any reply at all

Our room was stunning and the location is great but the bathroom could use a little refresh with a lick of paint - although it looks like there may be some updates being made elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, a lovely stay.
