I saw that this hotel clearly stated that there is a public parking lot nearby, but the parking space really disappointed me. It was very far from our hotel, and we had to go up and down stairs. It was very inconvenient to carry luggage. I will definitely not choose here again next time.
The hotel did not provide a parking solution, and I couldn't get help when I asked the front desk, which made me feel very disappointed.
When I looked at the pictures I thought it would be a cozy environment, but the lighting was disappointingly dark and I couldn't really enjoy my stay.

For 3 nights stay, hotel clean the room once and never hoover nor wipe the tables and dust. Never even changed the towels and arrange the bedding. Never even wash the chipped cups. Sorry.

The hotel is located in a lively and busy part of Brighton, and has easy access to the pier and beaches. There are many bars and pubs nearby. It is a pleasant hotel, but it is ‘attached’ to a very loud bar/pub -club .. which we found a bit annoying, but still managed to sleep as at the back. Staff were helpful, especially all the night staff, very much so. Parking on the surrounding streets was ok, but we didn’t move our car. Hotel parking permits sold for local parking bays, £8.50 (24 HRS.). We were advised we could pay for breakfast for the days we were staying, but no restaurant was available as staff were off sick, so that wasn’t great. We had some issues with plumbing in our rooms, we had to move due to having two bookings. Shower heads not working, a sink overflowing & a wet room that spilled out into the bedroom. Just a little more thought and the rooms could be fine. Sadly, for the price we paid, and the problems we had, we would not say it was value for money, and we would not stay again even if the prices were cheaper. There were some good points, but better hotels nearby for similar prices. This is our personal review, balanced and fair we believe. Thanks for ready. Good first impression, as staff at reception are super friendly, When we got to our room on first floor we found it to be a decent size and clean. Really good size bathroom which was actually a wet room. Unlike several other hotels I've stayed in recently there was no problems linking up to Wi-Fi or with the TV reception. Hotel is also really well situated near shops, cafes and Brighton Pier.

On first impressions room was nice. No parking nearby. 20 minute was closest. Shower head blocked and toilet seat broken. 2 bed bugs found in morning! Wouldn't stay again. Showed reception the bugs and told them they need to sort the issue. Hopefully they address it.

Room clean but carpet old and stained. Shower fairly awful with a tiny shower head very difficult to get soap washed off. Lovely private terrace overlooking the Palace pier but filthy with cigarette butts all over the floor. On the one day we wanted breakfast it was not available as the cook hadnt arrived . No one warned us that next door was a party and music venue that pumps out loud music until 3am. Shame as the location is wonderful.
