If you drive, it is a suitable hotel with large rooms and bathrooms, clean and tidy. Breakfast is also good, semi-self-service, and you need to leave enough time if you are in a hurry. It is located in a seaside complex east of Brighton, with free parking. It is an hour's drive from the Seven Sisters seaside and 2 hours' drive from Heathrow Airport. The Royal Pavilion in the city center is worth seeing.

The location is very convenient, but the entrance to the hotel is not easy to find. Also, the lighting in the room is very dark, making it almost impossible to read or work. I hope it can be improved~~~~~~~~

Had a 1 night stay which had a great marina right outside with many restaurants across it. Unfortunately, we didn’t go on the best day but the area definitely made up for it. Had to get a taxi to the pier as its a fair walk away but only costs around £7 or there is a bus stop right outside. Overall had a great stay and the room was quite small but very comfortable :)

Great location, best food at Chez Mal, excellent quality, good service and friendly. Nice Marina view, sea with stones was not so nice. Many other fast food restaurant surrounding, but the best Chef is in Chez Mal. Good bar, different variaty in drinks
