Great 1 night stay with my partner, room was a great size, clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful, checking in and out was a breeze, lot of complaints regarding breakfast that I have read but the offering was good at least for our stay. If I had to make any complaints it would be the loud plumbing but honestly this didn’t bother us much. Ultimately we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future.

The room is quite big, with simple kitchen utensils, refrigerator and microwave, you can cook something yourself, the bathroom is not small, but the flushing sound of the toilet can be heard clearly when going up and down the stairs, the wardrobe is too narrow, and you can't hang a few coats in winter, the breakfast variety is not large, the taste is average, the location is very close to the train station, it is convenient to live here if you have a lot of luggage, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach.

It's average. The floor of the room is quite old. It's very close to Brighton train station, there are some restaurants, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach.

Very Cozy,good location, moderate and nice meal the only thing missing out was you can't have access to TV channels you need your own personal cable and wasn't stated on the booking preferences...
