Very nice hotel, great environment, the smell in the room makes people feel very relaxed. But when I checked out, the hotel made a wrong deduction from me and has not dealt with this matter, which has resulted in me not receiving my refund yet.

Fantastic relaxing mini-break in this beautiful hotel. Room decor was gorgeous, bright and airy, bed soooo comfy, mini fridge with fresh milk a big plus. All areas in the hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, poached eggs done to perfection. The outside terrace is great for people watching on a sunny day but equally the bar/lounge areas inside are lovely, again with beatiful decor. Also excellent cocktails!! All the staff we spoke to were very happy, friendly and approachable, a credit to the hotel management/owners. Would reccomend a seaview room, some road noise but the view made up for it.

Thank you to Ben and the team for making my two nights fantastic. The hotel is amazing. I had a larger guest room with sea view and it did not disappoint! Breakfast in the pearly cow was stunning, very much recommend the smashed avo’s 👌🏼 Field trip spa- again amazing. Beautiful products and amazing tentative staff. Gutted I missed out on the opening of the terrace bar/restaurant this Friday but being able to sit outside and catch up on work emails with the sea view was bliss. Looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for booking the sun for my visit 🥰

For people like us who prefer staying in good quality boutique hotels, experiencing 124 Brighton by Guesthouse is a must. Everything from the location, to the accommodation and Restaurant are first class. The Pearly Cow restaurant offers the best food we have had this year and we like our good restaurants. Best of all is the personal service that we experienced from everyone at 124 Brighton. They made us feel at home, as did the “my house” area where we could get complimentary snacks whenever we felt the urge.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, if you are looking for a beautiful super comfy room that is spotlessly clean, a great breakfast and views to die for then don’t look anywhere else. Has the Soho House vibe about it but more relaxed we’ve stayed at The Guest House Hotel in Margate too and love them both. Thank you for a fab 3 night stay and to the team you’re all stars.
