I went to the Falcon this morning to deal with some work matters, including two scheduled TEAM's meetings, as I had work underway at home (with the associated noise) and the additional challenge of lost Wi-Fi - now what I needed! I could not have been made more welcome by the team and was really looked after by Louisa with pots of tea and biscuits. I might make it a regular Thursday experience ;-)

We managed to get a 5 day break in at a Bespoke Sanctuary in Low Town Bridgenorth. Our hosts Celia and Kev said they had received really good feedback from guests who had visited The Asian Restaurant located inside The Falcon. So we visited on our last night there, Sunday night 10th November. We opted for the £17 50p per person option. Starters consisted of a sharing platter, well enough for 2 people. This consisted if 3 seperate selections of Asian street food- each dish was beautifully presented, and each dish was delicious. We then ordered 2 main meals, 1 Rice, 1 nan bread. The food is absolutely top notch, everything hot , served promptly and presented beautifully. We both cleared our plates. Service was without doubt exceptional, attention to detail is second to none. The restaurant is warm, very clean, friendly and inviting. The place was busy for a Sunday evening. All in all we had a great evening, even better we were only 3 minutes walk away from our resting place. We would highly recommend a visit to this Restaurant, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be paying this Gem of a find again and again. Well done to all the staff for your attention to detail, friendly service and the Best Food that we have tasted in a long time. Thank you and Long may you continue. Cheers to Celia and Kev for directing us there. Hope to see you all in 2025.

Not first time I have stayed at the falcon and will be coming back again next year great nights sleep, lovely breakfast, bar even served proper ales, shops and bars close by and not far at all to the vernacular railway to get up to high town, not from Severn valley railway either, had a fantastic weekend

Lovely hotel, nice room, small but had all essential amenities. Bed was very hard to sleep on. Beautiful breakfast and staff were very nice. Good location in low town. Parking is behind the hotel. Ensure you have carpark postcode as we didnt have email confirmation of our booking, so carpark was awkward to find in one way system. Had a lovely stay though. Lovely weather, lovely town.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room while small (which you expect in an old market town due to historic buildings etc) was lovely and had everything you needed. Food was very good and wish we had stayed in for dinner now after having the breakfast the next morning. Would definitely recommend.

We sampled the Thalio restaurant at the Falcon for the first time recently and wondered why we had not been before. The whole experience was brilliant. Friendly staff who were ever helpful and knowledgable with a sense of humour (they needed it serving us) and the food was simply superb, Asian food at its best in fact. A quality dining experience and, certainly based on our first experience, is fully recommended by us.

Excellent pleasant service and lovely breakfast, room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Don’t be put off that’s it is in low town, plenty of pubs and eateries near by and free parking behind the pub. There is also an award winning Asian street food restaurant on site that we intend to visit next time we are in the area. Menu looked great.

Not the best stay, bathroom smelt of damp, bedroom wasn’t much better. Cobwebs in the room and breakfast was ok. Slim pickings in Bridgnorth though.
